  • Discount: $50 automatic rebate for each month of early/on time payment and for handling minor maintenance (e.g., sticking drawer).
    This lowers the monthly rent to $1145/month.
• First and last month's rent plus $995 security deposit due on signing of one year rental agreement. Lease is renewable on an annual basis.
• Unfurnished, utilities not included. The tenant is responsible from snow removal from their own steps and walkway, and for maintenance of a small flower garden by the garage. The condo association handles the rest.
• No dogs or cats with few exceptions. Other pets are negotiable. May have
  associated additional monthly fee and/or deposit.
